Dr. Sara El Moujahed is a postdoctoral researcher at SUSMAT-RC, UM6P, focusing on the development of bio-derived hydrogels and the valorization of agricultural by-products. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry and Environmental Engineering in 2023 and has first-authored six research papers.
